Bookshobby.pk – 7-Day Return & Refund Policy

At Bookshobby.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received – unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as they will not be accepted.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us immediately at qaisarbookhobby@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials (e.g. flammable liquids or gases)

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order separately once your return is approved.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
